Madison Area Technical College’s Center for Community and Corporate Learning seeks quality professionals for ad-hoc corporate training and systems implementation of lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance, etc) and other quality system practices such as ISO 9000 and Six Sigma. We’re seeking experienced trainers who have a proven track record of designing and delivering dynamic, interactive curriculum that facilitates the transfer of classroom learning into workplace transformations that impact the bottom line. Candidates must be effective classroom facilitators and process coaches who are comfortable working with front-line employees as well as managers and executives. Candidates must also be available during standard daytime work hours Monday – Friday.
