Strategic Planning Process

Presented by Dan Stapleton

Does your organization have a Strategic Plan? Is the plan well executed? How do you get all levels of an organization aligned with the business goals and objectives?

Please join us on November 13th to explore these questions and more regarding the Strategic Planning process.

The Strategic Planning process typically begins with an organizational assessment and goal setting for improvement. Companies assign the goals to functional areas, projects are launched, dashboards are monitored, and the process revolves annually.

Strategic processes are the areas where performance must be improved before the organization can consistently reach its strategic planning objectives. This is a basic but essential part of Strategic Planning and requires a disciplined approach using basic Continuous Improvement practices.
